Does ZivaAIRA replace our ATS?
No. ZivaAIRA is the intelligence layer on top of your existing workflow — it scores, ranks, interviews, and monitors, then pushes results into Greenhouse or Workable. Teams without an ATS can run their full pipeline inside ZivaAIRA.
Nigerian workspaces default to Microsoft Azure's Lagos region, with encryption in transit and at rest. Data residency is a first-class setting, not an add-on.
Where is our candidate data stored?
No AI is, and we won't tell you otherwise. What ZivaAIRA does is strip PII before scoring, monitor selection rates against the EEOC 4/5ths threshold in real time, and give you the reports and audit trail to detect and act on adverse impact.
Is the AI bias-free?
Cohort onboarding starts ahead of public launch, in small groups. Waitlist members receive invitations by email in the order that fits each cohort — teams with active hiring volume are prioritised.
When does early access begin?
Early access includes a 14-day full-feature trial. Launch pricing is tiered by application volume and team size, and will be shared with waitlist members before public release.
